We are committed to supporting people of any age, which makes us different to many other care providers who only support older people.
Our care workers are experienced in caring for people with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities as well as Families that need a helping hand for whatever reason.
This may include for example:
Going swimming or the gym, Going to social groups e.g. Meteor Club, Day's out with the Young People's Outings, Everyday activities such as shopping or to a chosen activity/hobby, Supporting parents to attend parenting classes, Supporting parents to run a family home, Providing personal care.
Each young person we support has a care plan that has been designed in co-production with them, family and any other nominated individuals. This is a plan to promotes their independence, gives them the ability to achieve their own outcomes and to feel safe and empowered over their own lives.
We may be commissioned by Social Services, NHS Continuing Health Care, Children's Centres etc. or contracted privately. In some cases, there may be funding available, for example, our Young People's Outings.

Thank you to all the team for the support shown during Mum's sudden hospitalisation and her passing away. The support you have given to 'name' has been so important to maintain some amount of routine. We are just so appreciative of the care shown by all your team.
