Services - Social Support

We understand that keeping socially connected can have a big impact on the wellbeing of an individual. Our Carer Support Workers can assist maintaining the social life of our clients to the level they had before care support was required.

This may take the form of accompanying to the hairdressers, going swimming or shopping together or taking to a lunch club.

For carers, we can provide care to enable the carer to leave their loved one in our safe hands, whilst they go out for the afternoon and enjoy a few valuable “me time” hours.

All our social care is tailored to the needs of the individual. Whether you would like to go to Church, Cinema or a local Café our Carer Support Workers can give you the emotional and physical support to achieve this.

Contact our Care team to find out how we can help maintain your social life.
