The Manager and the Care Workers are to be commended for their response to this safeguarding issue. It is to Crossroad's credit that this had been dealt with sensitively whilst supporting the people involved and yet treating the concerns seriously and following through the correct safeguarding procedure.

Your actions have ensured that a vulnerable adult has been protected from abuse, albeit this occurring without Malice, this was still a substantiated Safeguarding behaviour.

It is to your credit that everyone involved has paid compliments to your carer workers and management in the way they have been cared for and in the manner that this safeguarding issue has been raised and dealt with in a supportive caring manner.
