Our employees tell us they are very proud to be working for an organisation that doesn’t just provide the best possible care for people but is also a not-for-profit charity with money raised from donations being given back to the local community through a range of subsidised outreach services. We are known for not ‘rushing’ our staff or the people we look after, with a minimum visit time of thirty minutes. We offer staff thorough and ongoing training with the opportunity to progress on to further recognised qualifications in care, if so desired, and this is topped-off with lots of support from the management team here in Clitheroe.
Though having your own vehicle with business insurance is a mandatory requirement for our staff, we pay link time so that you are paid for your whole shift, not just for the time you spend with our service users. We also pay a generous 45p per mile.
